I had a deep desire within me to heal, to learn, to grow, and do everything possible to expand my mind, body, and soul to become the person I always wanted to be - and who I now know was always there inside of me just waiting to be freed.
The three M's: Meditation, Movement, and Morning sunlight.
Guesting on podcasts, writing blogs and books, hiking in nature, hosting dinner parties, dancing, and running along the beachfront.
Inequality and dishonesty
Healing the mind and body, good energy, great friendships, big belly laughs, equality for all, honesty, integrity, health, daily movement, and writing.
I wanted to know more about the world and myself so I studied yoga, meditation, coaching and hypnotherapy to bring more calm and peace into my life, and after time.... I realized I was good enough to help teach others how to heal, too. My work is now divided between my one on one client sessions, writing my books, recording my podcast whilst also being the "Wellness Carer and Participant Support Supervisor" to participants of the hit TV series Alone Australia, .
My lifestyle is about friends and family, movement, sunshine, animals, food, practicing presence, nature, and constant self-study and personal development. Healing is a journey. It's about the mind, heart, and body aligning and so each day I practice what I preach and encourage my students and clients to follow.
Life is just one thing. Truly unconditionally love who you are, and now that I’m aligned with myself, I feel free to help others find that connection to that self-love within themselves.
As a good friend told me recently, I've never lived a conventional life, and I have to agree. I had a lot of loss and disconnect when I was young, and that created an immense curiosity and passion about life and sent me traveling the world for answers.
I grew up fast but without the regular guidance. I made lots of mistakes until I learned from them and decided to change my life.
Passion and curiosity led me to work in the Media as a Producer on TV shows all over the world, living in Australia, South Africa, the UK, and New Zealand whilst interviewing thousands of people over the years. The more people I interviewed, the more I learned about different mindsets and what made people tick.
A big, warm hug who cares, who loves to laugh and definately loves to dance!
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) changed my life. Back in 2017, I wasn’t in a good head space at all. Several events happened back to back, leading me into a pretty dark place. I was waking up gasping for air, filled with anxious thoughts, feeling insecure, full of self-doubt, and massively lacking self-esteem.
I knew I had to get myself out of this and fast! I threw myself into various therapies but returned to reliving and thinking about what had happened. Not moving on from what had happened.
That’s when I found RTT, and after one session, I felt like I was finally wide awake in the present moment again. I walked out of that session feeling confident, high, excited, and very present. I also knew that I had to learn everything I could about RTT and use it to help others wake up and dive back into thriving in life again.
Traveling — especially to cute cafes in Charleston like this one!
